专利说明:
METAL LINKAGE HOLDING BOX FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the field of construction and public works and, more particularly, the production of concrete structures. More specifically, the invention relates to a box for placing the connection reinforcements on hold between two parts of a structure made of concrete, in particular reinforced concrete. Conventionally, such a box comprises connecting reinforcements generally made of steel, one end of which emerges from the box and will serve as anchoring reinforcements in the first part of the concrete structure, and the others of which ends are folded back inside the box, and are intended, after unfolding, to serve as recovery frames in the second part of said structure. PRIOR STATE OF THE ART Widely used boxes for connecting reinforcements are widely used. Thus, during the construction of a building comprising several elements (walls or slabs) made of reinforced concrete, metal reinforcements are placed on the upper or lateral ends of these elements capable of ensuring the connection with the adjacent elements. These reinforcements comprise a part called anchoring reinforcements, embedded in the first element, and a second part provisionally folded inside said box, and which will be embedded in the concrete of the adjacent element. Conventionally, these metal reinforcements are held in place during the pouring of the concrete during the production of a wall or a slab. The anchoring frames emerge from the standby box, enclosing the folded ends of said frames. After having poured the concrete constituting the first element to be made, we eliminate the waiting box to reveal the ends of the reinforcements which have been isolated from the concrete. The folded ends, called recovery reinforcements, are then unfolded and then embedded inside the concrete of the adjacent element. BE2018 / 0120 In order to make these boxes, various materials have been proposed, in particular wood, folded cardboard, PVC and even polypropylene (see document US 4,284,401). In order to improve the behavior of these boxes for placing connection reinforcements on hold, in particular to facilitate their production, their extraction outside the reservation in which they are intended to be incorporated, and to optimize their rigidity, and in particular their resistance. at the pressure exerted by the concrete during the pouring of the first element, it has been proposed for example in document EP 1 067 254, to produce the box of cellular polypropylene, the orientation of the cells or grooves of which is parallel to the greatest direction or dimension of the box. In doing so, while giving increased rigidity to the box, it facilitates the extraction of the box from the reservation in which it is incorporated, by simple manual cutting from tears made very simply by a tool such as a knife or the like. . However, the evolution of standards applicable to the technical field prohibits the use of knives, and in general of sharp objects, to open the casing and open it, for obvious safety reasons. Furthermore, experience has shown that in a situation, and in particular when pouring concrete, the thrust inherent in the latter generates a partial crushing of the box, altering the expected dimensions and generating a compression of the propylene on the folded ends of the constituent steels. connecting reinforcements, correspondingly affecting the extraction of the box. In fact, in order to achieve the desired behavior of the box, and in particular to optimize its crushing resistance inherent in the thrust of the concrete, it is necessary to increase the density of the product, which goes against easy and quick extraction of the box after pouring the concrete. The objective of the present invention is fundamentally to overcome these drawbacks. BE2018 / 0120 STATEMENT OF THE INVENTION The invention is aimed here at a box for waiting for connecting reinforcements between two parts of a concrete structure, produced by folding a sheet of cellular polypropylene. This box includes: - two main faces parallel to each other, one of which is provided with partially or completely through holes in order to allow the passage of the anchoring frames, - two side faces connecting the main faces together. According to the invention, the cells or grooves of the cellular polypropylene constituting the folded sheet are oriented perpendicular to the direction or main dimension of the box. In addition, and still according to the invention, the main face provided with through holes intended to allow the passage of the anchoring reinforcements, is provided with a precut, in particular in the form of waves, that is to say of a succession of curves. This precut is intended to promote the opening of the box after pouring and solidification of the concrete constituting the first element of the structure to be produced, and as a corollary, to promote the extraction of said box, which then occurs, due to this cutting in two. independent parts of each other. Because of this change in orientation of the constituent cells of polypropylene, we can, at constant grammage, that is to say at constant density, largely optimize the resistance of the box to crushing inherent in the thrust of concrete. Furthermore, due to the precut formed on the main face provided with the through holes, it facilitates the removal or extraction of the box after pouring and setting of the concrete. According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the two ends of the box are closed by flaps from one of the main faces, said flaps being continued by tongues clipped or fixed on the main face opposite to the main face from which emanate said shutters. In doing so, the box is closed and the latter is given the required seal against the laitance of the concrete during the pouring of the first element of the concrete structure to be produced. BE2018 / 0120 According to a characteristic of the invention, one of the main faces is extended by flaps or flaps, able to fold inside the box resulting from the folding of the cellular polypropylene sheet, and to constitute a stiffening element. Said flaps or flaps once in place, extend in a plane perpendicular to the plane defined by said main faces, and are held in place by means of clips inserted at one of the main faces, advantageously at the level of slots or through orifices provided for this purpose at said main face. Alternatively, and according to another characteristic of the invention, the box comprises an additional stiffening element, independent of the sheet constituting the box itself. This stiffener, also made of cellular polypropylene, and the cells of which are also oriented perpendicular to the direction or main dimension of the box, extends parallel to the lateral faces of the box, over the entire height of the box, and therefore also perpendicular to the defined plane. by the main faces, and in particular between the folded steels constituting the connecting reinforcements. According to a characteristic of the invention, this stiffener is held in place by means of clips, in particular plastic, inserted in orifices formed within at least one of the two main faces constituting the box, and advantageously at the level of the two main faces. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES The manner in which the invention can be carried out, and the advantages which ensue therefrom, will emerge more clearly from the following exemplary embodiments, given by way of non-limiting illustration with the support of the appended figures. Figure 1 is a schematic view of a pre-folded sheet capable of making a standby box according to a first embodiment of the invention. Figure 2 is a view of the sheet of Figure 1 during folding. FIG. 3 illustrates the standby box obtained by folding the sheets of FIGS. 1 and 2, seen from the upper face, that is to say the face from which the anchoring frames will emanate. Figure 4 is a view similar to Figure 3, an opposite front view. Figure 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the standby box of the first embodiment of the invention, of which Figure 6 is a partial perspective view. BE2018 / 0120 Figure 7 is a schematic view of a pre-folded sheet capable of producing a standby box according to a second embodiment of the invention. Figure 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the standby box of the second embodiment of the invention. Figures 9 to 12 are views similar to Figures 1 to 4 illustrating the folding steps from the sheet of Figure 7. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Basically, the metal reinforcement holding box of the invention consists of a sheet (1), pre-cut and pre-folded, made of cellular polypropylene. According to an essential characteristic of the invention, the cells or grooves of this polypropylene are directed, as shown schematically in Figures 1 to 4, perpendicular to the main direction illustrated by the letter L in Figure 1 . The density of this cellular polypropylene sheet is typically between 350 and 600 g / m 2 depending on the surface of the main faces. This alveolar polypropylene sheet has a number of longitudinal fold zones (2), again oriented parallel to the dimension L, intended to facilitate the effective folding of the sheet (see Figures 2 and 3), in order to constitute the standby box according to the invention. More specifically, after folding, two main faces will be defined, respectively (3) and (4) and two lateral faces, of smaller dimension, and in particular of smaller width, respectively (5) and (6). Furthermore, the terminal ends of one of the main faces, in this case the main face (3), are provided with flaps (15, 16), themselves extending by a tongue (7), intended, after effective folding of the sheet, to be inserted into corresponding cutouts (8) formed on the other main face (4), in order to ensure the effective closure of the standby box and, as a corollary, the tightness of said concrete milking box. BE2018 / 0120 Alternatively, the fixing of the tongues (7) on the main face (4) is done by introduction of these into the interstices provided for this purpose on the opposite main face. The main face, qualified as the upper main face (3), is also provided with transverse cutouts (9), oriented perpendicular to the dimension L. These transverse cutouts (9), spaced at periodic intervals, are terminated at each of their ends by through orifices (17), intended to allow the exit from the box of the part of the metallic connection reinforcements intended to constitute the anchoring reinforcements (11), and illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6. This is shown making, in Figures 5 and 6, a cross-sectional view in partial perspective of the mounted stand-by box. Once the box has been made in this way, the connection frames are introduced into it through the through cutouts (9). Because of the grammage of the cellular polypropylene constituting the sheet, on the one hand, and especially because of the orientation of the cells or grooves of the polypropylene, on the other hand, it is understood that the lateral faces (5) and (6) have an increased capacity to resist crushing generated by the thrust of the concrete during the pouring of the latter for the production of the first element of the structure to be produced. In doing so, the ratings sought by the designer are more respected. In addition, the removal or extraction of the box after pouring and setting of the concrete is facilitated due to the presence on one (3) of the main faces, that is to say of the main face from which the anchoring reinforcements (11), of a precut line (18), forming a succession of curves, and therefore in the form of a wave, the top of each curve being located on one of the transverse cuts (9). Thus, when the concrete constituting the first element of the structure to be made is solidified, a simple pull on the flaps defining the main face (4) causes the pre-cut line (18) to break, then defining two independent parts of the sheet (1), substantially promoting the extraction of the box from the housing it helped define. BE2018 / 0120 However, and in order to further optimize the crushing resistance of the box, the latter is advantageously provided with a central stiffener (10), also made of cellular polypropylene, and the cells of which are again oriented perpendicularly to dimension L. Typically, the density of this stiffener is of the order of 1000 g / m 2 . This stiffener, which has also been shown in Figures 5 and 6, is independent of the sheet (1). It is fixed perpendicularly to the internal face of at least one of the main faces (3) and (4) of the box, advantageously of the two main faces, this, by means of clips (13) typically made of plastic or other material. . These clips (13) are provided with teeth (14) able to cooperate with the stiffener, and as a corollary to ensure its maintenance in the desired position and in this case perpendicular to the two main faces and parallel to the two lateral faces (5, 6) . This stiffener is advantageously positioned between the steels intended to serve as recovery reinforcements. In order to optimize the function of the stiffener, the latter is fixed by the clips in question at the two main faces (3, 4). These clips can advantageously be inserted at the level of the transverse slots or cutouts (9) formed on one (3) of said main faces. In order to fulfill this role of stiffener and to fully fulfill its functions, in particular as a spacer, it has a height corresponding substantially to that of the lateral faces (5) and (6) described above. Because of its independent nature, it can be easily removed or extracted after pouring the concrete constituting the first element of the structure to be produced. According to a second embodiment described in connection with FIGS. 7 to 12, the sheet (Γ) constituting the box, is there again, made of cellular polypropylene, the cells or grooves being directed, as shown schematically on Figure 7, perpendicular to the main direction illustrated by the letter L. BE2018 / 0120 This sheet (Γ) is substantially identical to the sheet (1) of Figure 1, with the exception, however, of the presence of flaps or side flaps (19) extending from the flaps (20) intended to constitute the face. main (4) of the box, the upper face (3 ') also advantageously being provided with a wave-shaped precut line. These flaps or side flaps (19) are intended to be folded inside the box, and to serve as a stiffener for said box, like the stiffener (10). They therefore have a width corresponding substantially to the width of the lateral faces (5, 6). In order to be held in position, and thus to ensure the function of stiffener, clips (13) are inserted from the upper face (3 '), in particular at the level of the transverse cuts (9), as well as observe it in figure 8. When the boxes are delivered assembled, that is to say in shape after folding the sheet (1.1 ’), their storage, typically packed in pallets, is also improved due to the increased resistance to crushing.
